Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered by the company TEEP RUGBY on the website teeprugby.com.

3. Products

4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these TCS. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment, and a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

5. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Shipping fees are added at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be made by the following method: credit card.

6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated at the time of the order or to a pickup point selected by the customer. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary. In case of delay, the customer will be notified by email.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exception: Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom TEEPs and made-to-measure TEEPs) cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or non-compliant.

8. Warranties
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of a defect, the customer may request a replacement or refund.

9. Liability
The company cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products or for any indirect loss or damage.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of TEEP RUGBY. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those located in Montauban, France.
